Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

All U.S. orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We offer Standard (3–5 business days) and Express (1–2 business days) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking is emailed upon fulfillment.

International Shipping

International orders are accepted at the buyer’s risk. Import laws vary and may restrict research compounds. Duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Verification

For your protection, we may request order verification if billing and shipping details do not match.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carriers and customs may cause delays beyond our control. If your package appears lost, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (research-use-only chemicals and peptides), we do not accept any returns. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, email support@prpeps.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.
